It looks like the rapper turned Fashion Nova model is having a rough 2020. First, Cardi B revealed that she has not seen any of her royalties from her first album, Invasion of Privacy, due to her ongoing litigation with her former management team KSR. Second, it is being reported a lawyer representing her, in that case, wants to quit due Ole Girl's refusal to take his advice.
They say things come in 3s. According to court documents, on July 17th Bardi was hit with a $100M
copyright infringement lawsuit by songwriter Raelene Arreguin AKA Queen Pheena for allegedly stealing her hit-song Bodak Yellow. She is not alone; Atlantic Records, Shaft, and producer JWhiteDidIt are included in the lawsuit too.
Queen Pheena claims that "Bodak Yellow" copies her song Cinematic and that she was totally cut out of any credit and money from the multi-platinum song. Now, Queen Pheena wants her credit and to see some "money moves."

Umm, so at what point does it prove that this is Cardi’s fault? This lady Raelene is an attention seeking nutcase looking to launch her solo career off Cardi clout.
She’s a award winning producer right? Why hasn’t she had any hits in the last 6 years except the songs she claims were “stolen” by Cardi? Why handle things so unprofessionally? Why would they cut checks to their other producers and not her? And the song is a sample from Kodak Black. Is she gonna deny that too? She offered to write Cardi verses cause she does song arrangements, she’s not even a legit rapper.😂

Sharon, when you are suing for money you should always ask for more than what you are willing to take. You gotta leave yourself some negotiating room. Now, Queen Pheena left herself a lot of negotiating room, but you never ask for the amount you will settle for.
Ummm I know I don’t like cardi but a 100 million?? That’s a ridiculous number. Shaft ain’t even suing cardi for that much! That’s girl should’ve did something around 5 million at least probably less than that but 100 million? Seems to me the 100 million was for headline purposes
