After releasing her disappointing album "Coi" in June, Coi Leray is back with a new EP titled "Blue Moon." The 5-track project is set to drop on August 30 and gives Coi a chance to say what she wants to say and how she wants to say it.
In a message to fans on social media, Leray said she wanted to make "Blue Moon" a more personal project. "This EP, I get deep, I get vulnerable," she wrote. "I got tired of 'trying' new things and
wanted to just do what I do BEST."
Coi also hinted that she would address some of the criticism she has faced recently. "I have a hard time with telling my story because I get wrapped up in the media narratives," she wrote. "However, music is the best way for me to tell it."
Now, we know that she teased a song that seemed to harp on the Latto drama she created. So, I hope that song is scrapped. Coi doesn't get that no one cares about her imaginary beefs with other girls.
I will check out the project, and if it sparks a thought in me, I'll review it.
Speak, Heart, Share...Thanks!
