Himaka Reveals Mike Caren's Formula To Make Hit Songs for Atlantic Records

I found the video of Hitmaka speaking on the formula that Atlantic Records uses to make hit records. He says that Mike Caren gets up and coming writers and puts them in rooms to write to the same song and then he picks the "hit song."

This "formula" sounds familiar to how another writer said it was done at labels like Atlantic. Allegedly, they have streaming farms, why wouldn't they have writing and producing farms too??
