Last Thursday, Doja Cat made headlines when she hopped on Instagram Live to shave her head and eyebrows. While many acted as if this was the boldest thing an artist had ever done, others thought they saw a copycat and called her out on it.
One of those claiming to be the inspiration behind Doja's hairless look is TikTok Popstar Eyeamki. She not only put an @ on it when calling out Doja Cat for mimicking her but also accused the "Woman" singer of being a mean girl when they are at events together.
Eyamki posted, "She has been nothing but mean to me at parties just to copy my complete embodiment. Lmao, she's sad." She then went on a social media blitz, posted what fans were saying, all while ensured Doja Cat saw it too.
Doja Cat and Eyeamki are around the same age, from L.A., and share the same eyebrow design...LOL. So, who came first...

My stance is that nothing is truly new and that all art is building off something that has already been done. But then you do have those muthafckaz who like to copy and past and are not really adding to what they have borrowed.
The real question with Doja is, does she add or just nibble off others? Does she treat her muses like shit when she is at parties? Who knows...
What I do know in 2020, Doja Cat received backlash for a video she made where she criticized her 4C hair. So, when she shaved her head, I thought she was tired of dealing with her natural hair.

Doja Cat did not address the copycat claims, but she did address those who think something is wrong with her.
She’s not going to admit the real reason. The truth is she hate her 4c hair and had a hard time understanding why she’s Biracial with 4C. And from what I read she said something about hating her hair and then following it up with “at least I’m thick and light skin”. I don’t know if that’s 100% factual. If she had the typical biracial type 3 hair she wouldn’t complain. Im not here for the 4C hair hate because it isn’t bad hair. My 4C isn’t difficult at all. A lot of black women/biracials with 4C are just lazy.
