In a recent interview on Math Hoffa's podcast "My Expert Opinion," former "YO! MTV Raps" host Ed Lover made Carl Crawford pull out their calculator when he revealed: Megan Thee Stallion makes $750K per show.
No new music. No riding new girls' waves. No problem.
Your eyes are not deceiving you. Money Makin' Meg is pulling in almost a million dollars every time she takes the stage. Those twerks are going to cost you, baby! And it's all thanks to her massive popularity and how she continues to separate herself from the other girls.

Even though Megan hasn't dropped any new music due to her legal battles with her former label (hopefully), 1501 Entertainment, she's still one of the most in-demand performers in the world. The saying "Out of sight, out of mind" does not apply to Megan Thee Stallion, who is still THEE obsession of a couple of STAN-bases.
Megan's high price tag is partly due to her incredible live performances, where she shows off her breath control, works those knees, and engages with her fans. But it also has to do with her not being over-saturated. God will always turn lemons into lemonade for Megan Thee Stallion because with Carl Crawford holding up Megan's music, she is not part of this feature carousel in female rap and the misuse of sample conversation currently going on in Hip Hop. She gets to sit back, watch and plan.
Megan also helps herself by not sitting on social media all day fighting with haters or her fans. Megan Thee Stallion is one of the few female rappers who still has some mystery about herself. This is why when she does perform or even post one of her hilarious voice-over videos on TikTok and Instagram, it's like seeing Megan for the first time all over again. She allows fans to miss her. She is more Kendrick than Drake, and I love that for her.
Megan Thee Stallion is due to face Carl Crawford in court on Monday, August 7th. If she wins, don't be surprised if that $750K price tag does not look like a discount once she drops her new music.
P.S. I believe Ed Lover got this information from working this year's Essence Fest where Megan Thee Stallion was one of the headliners. That is probably what she got paid for that show. So, it is possible she is making more or less depending on the show.
Fun Question: If Megan were to do a show where she performs only her Intros or Outros, which show are you buying a ticket for?
Speak, Heart, Share...Thanks!
And if carl do try to use that comment against her Guess what megan can easily say i don't know that man. and i would most likely go to a concert of her intros but idk her outros be cute!
