In saw this coming news, Variety is reporting that Nicki Minaj and Irving Azoff, of Full Stop Management, parted ways earlier this year. Azoff became Nicki's manager after she "had to cut the grass, there were snakes in the camp" with her old management.
In 2018, on Queen Radio, Nicki Minaj accused Azoff of orchestrating a smear campaign against her after she publicly called out Travis Scott for selling more sweaters than music, which helped him beat out her
album "Queen" for the #1 spot on Billboard. Nicki Minaj told her millions of listeners, "Allegedly, he (Azoff) contacted people in the media to spread negative things about my tour." Nicki then awarded him the highly amusing "Cocksucker Of The Day" award. So, it came as a shock to many when Nicki Minaj hired Azoff as her manager in 2019.
Now, it looks like Nicki Minaj is looking for a new home, and reportedly, it may be with Doja Cat's "middlemen." Variety claims Nicki Minaj is negotiating with SALXCO, headed by Wassim "Sal" Slaiby, who manages Doja Cat, The Weeknd, and Diddy.
So, we may get that Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj collab sooner than later. Until then, I guess Kenny is managing Nicki Minaj...YIKES!
