What's old news to some is new "tea" to others...
It seems that Timbaland is being called out over a 2011 E! True Hollywood Story where he professed his love for protege Aaliyah. People are pointing out that Aaliyah was 16 and Timbaland was 23. Let's not forget that Aaliyah was only 15 when she allegedly married her first mentor and abuser, R. Kelly. In the video, you can see that even Timbaland knows what he is saying is problematic but still says it. It's always those "play brothers."
What makes things a little more creepy is that Timbaland revealed that he married his wife because she looked like Aaliyah.
Now, this is not the first time this has been a topic. But, it's being discovered by new people.
