It's being reported that Tory Lanez can't quite sell enough NFTs to pay the mortgage on his Miami condo. Last weekend, BH 4908 LLC filed a lawsuit against the 5'2" mimic artist for foreclosure. They are accusing Tory of defaulting on his payments.
BH 4908 LLC reportedly loaned Tory $1.26 million to purchase a $1.8 million penthouse back in 2018. Tory agreed to pay $11,057 every month and one large balloon payment in December 2021. Well, Tory allegedly hasn't paid BH 4908 LLC a penny and now owes them $1,237,456.06 plus interest.
